David Hunt
General Manager

The vast majority of Dave’s career has been in the UK Aerospace Industry. He has also had spells in both Automotive and Steel. His background is Operations based and his major claims to fame are making the fuselage of Australian Hawk aircraft and being the GM of the CAV Aerospace Group that was responsible for the design and manufacture of major wing parts of the new Airbus A380 aircraft. He has a strong Lean Manufacturing background and has instigated successful programs in several companies. Dave came across to Australia in 2005 and worked for Smorgon Steel Reinforcing for 3 years before commencing employment with the Australian Glass Group in August 2008.
Julian Patane
Victorian Sales Manager

Julian started his glass career at Pilkington Glass in South Oakleigh around 10 years ago. He came from the steel industry with a hardware background and is a cabinet maker by trade. Julian then moved to DMS Glass as an Account Manager, before quickly moving into sales management, responsible for Victoria. After 4 years at DMS, Julian moved to Lincoln Sentry as Sales Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, where he gained an excellent understanding of window and door hardware for the domestic, commercial and glazing markets. Julian joined Moen Glass in November 2008 as Sales Manager for Victoria. With well rounded experience in hardware and glass, Julian is a valuable addition to the sales team and part of the growth strategy for the future.
Joanne Saggin
Customer Service Manager

Joanne commenced working at Moen Glass in January 2000. Throughout her 10 years with the company, she has worked in several departments of the business including purchasing, optimising, despatch and customer service. These have all provided Joanne with an exceptional knowledge of the internal organisation of our business. In 2010 she was appointed Customer Service Manager, and currently looks after a team of 4 customer service officers, and is responsible for ensuring our customer's orders are entered and processed promptly and accurately, providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Cindy Green
Projects Manager

Cindy has worked in the glass industry for 5 & 1/2 years, having worked in a range of areas, commencing in production, moving into customer service then onto project management, and now a combined role of project management and outsourcing/purchasing. She provides a perfect balance between the factory and the office, having worked in both facets of the business. Before working for Moen Glass she was lucky enough to be a "stay at home mum" with her 2 children. Prior to that she spent 3 years travelling and working her way through parts of North America, Europe and London.

Luke Dobson
Production Manager

Luke joined Moen Glass in 2010 as Production Manager, after spending the previous 8 years with DMS Glass and Viridian. He moved permanently to Australia in 1999, after coming here for a holiday from the UK and wanted to stay! After travelling around Australia, he commenced working on the single and double edgers at DMS, before moving onto the forvet, waterjet and CNC. In 2008 Luke was promoted to Day Shift Co-ordinator for Viridian, before supervising the new fully automated IGU line that was commissioned in 2009, manufacturing standard IGU's, TPS Units and all special make ups. Having vast experience in many aspects of glass manufacturing, Luke is well positioned to ensure smooth work flow from the office, through the factory, and to our customers, with exceptional quality, and in a timely fashion.
James Kercher
Logistics Manager

James joined Moen Glass in 2003, having previously worked as a Chef in several high profile restaurants including The Grand Hotel (Spencer Street & Yarra Valley) restaurants and the Hilton Hotel in the UK. James commenced as a truck driver, before moving to Canberra in 2005 as an assistant to the Factory Manager. He returned to Melbourne in 2006 assisting in various parts of the business. In 2007 James moved to the position of Purchasing Manager, and is currently the Logistics Manager, having been in the role since 2009. He manages both the logistics and purchasing areas of the business, and also assisting the other AGG companies as required.
Richard Peck
Engineering Manager

Richard joined Moen Glass in July 2009, as the Production Manager of the Knoxfield site, and has recently been appointed Engineering Manager. Over the last 10 years Richard has held several senior management positions within the aerospace and print industries, managing multi-disciplined teams of around 265 personnel, and brings with him a significant and diverse background in operations and production management. Prior to moving to Australia, Richard worked for Hampson Industries Plc in the UK where he was part of a specialist team developing the tail section of Honda's first ever jet aircraft.
